What customers say?

“ The food was awesome. We ate there for dinner one evening and came back the next day for a lite lunch four of us which included seven dishes, which all came out to about USD 11 per person. It is very reasonably priced and the food is exceptional. It’s a small place with seating for eight people around the sushi counter and two other small tables. Some of the dishes we ate were the Avocado Ebi roll, which was all of our favorite. We also had the Tacu Tacu which is a Peruvian rice dish. ”

“ Outstanding food, service and experience - would highly recommend if you are in Cusco! I stumbled across the restaurant accidentally and so glad I did. The tasting menu offers a variety of food mixing Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. All of the food is gluten free, fresh and completely unprocessed, which is a rare find. On top of that the food is prepared in-front of you by 3 friendly chefs who give full explanations about the ingredients and what they are making. The food was delicious, and they have a great selection of wine and pisco to accompany each dish. The restaurant is small, intimate and offers a really unique experience. After a number of courses and a cocktail I expected the bill to be high, but was pleasantly surprised with the price given the quality of the food and overall service. I was sad that I found this place on the last night and didn’t have the chance to go back again! Thank you for a great evening ”

“ This place is an absolute gem! My wife and I went for a late dinner after going to Machu Picchu and it was exactly what we needed! We had the place to ourselves, which made converse with chef that much more intimate and amazing. We did the 7 course meal with an additional course since we wanted to eat more of the outstanding dishes this place offers. Chef Jann explained things on how each course is prepared but also the ideas behind it. Which as a person who loves all things food enjoys learning the thought process of a chef. My wife got the purple pisco sour and I got a bottle of sake, which absolutely is one of the best sakes I’ve had. Chef also asked if he could post the sake label on the restaurant wall to showcase sake lovers, which I thought was an awesome touch. Every dish we ate was so flavorful and balanced, so you really can’t go wrong with chef’s recommendation. In addition, we got to keep the menu as a sign of remembrance of the dishes and ingredients in a memorable meal. A must try in Cusco! ”

“ This is the only Peruvian omakase restaurant in Cusco, but it could compete with any omakase in the world. If you're here, don’t miss it. We tried the 7-dish menu, and it was incredible—great experience. 100% recommended! ”

“ Such amazing food and experience. You can talk with the chef, he can explain about the dishes, and it’s an intimate experience. A must eat and so healthy. I recommend whatever the chef recommends. Must go here! I randomly walked in and so happy I did! ”

“ Outstanding Omakase. Every dish was delicious and chef and staff were sensational - decadent and delicious experience. We were a party of 9 and person for person we each felt it was one of the finest meals we have ever enjoyed. Peruvian flair meets Japanese precision. They combine the best of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine with a tasting menu of 7, 10 or 14 steps (or you can customize or add to it as you wish). Reasonably priced for the quality (around $70 for 7 tasting menu items and around $100 for the 10). We customized a 9 item and it was out of this world fantastic. Everything about the experience was 5-star. Hope to return some day soon. Highly recommended. ”

“ Il migliore ristorante di Cusco: tired of the usual lomo saltado or cui ? Come here to this amazing restaurant which serves very interesting Peruvian - Nikkei cuisine Make sure to try the alpaca nigiri … to die for. The staff is also extremely friendly and makes you feel home ”

“ Best place we tried in Cusco! Every dish was delicious, you can tell there was love in every step. The cook and the staff were super sweet explaining every dish and having a lovely chat about Peruvian cousin. The place was also very cute, small and cozy Japanese bar style. It only opened a few months ago but I’m sure it will become the next hype place in Cusco. ”
